Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Bajabarb profile image

After 3 prior therapies (Acalabrutinib, Venetoclax and Pirtobrutinib/Obinutuzumab), my CLL/ Marginal Zone Lymphoma has transformed to DLBCL. Has anyone on here been treated with Car-T for DLBCL? Thank you.

Thank you so much, Len, not only for your concern but for the extensive list of articles about Car-T and DLBCL. Because timing is so important in this treatment, Car-T is the path forward I have chosen at the advice of my doctors, including Dr. Weirda at MDA. I am just hoping to hear of some positive outcomes from people in similar situations, as this is a very stressful time and I need to think positively as much as I can.

Thank you, ncosto, for the video of Dr. Rosen. I am aware of the downsides of Car-T treatment but there don’t seem to be many other options at this point. I just have to pray for a miracle cure or to survive long enough for some new, more successful treatment to come along in the meantime. I appreciate your taking the time to respond.

Thanks a bunch, Miskin! That site, of which I was unaware, seems to have lots of helpful information about DLBCL treatments and afterwards. I am glad you sent it.
