Hi...I'm new on here. Doctor has referred me for an ultrasound for my hard neck lymph node. My question is do these last few bloods look ok?

First off, I'll note that you don't have a diagnosis of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL), to save members from replying with that incorrect assumption
Those white blood cell counts are all reassuringly low and well within their respective reference ranges. You've omitted the most common cause of an increased WBC count, your neutrophil count, but from what you've shared, that too has to be within the normal range of roughly between 2 and 8, given your total WBC of 4.8. If you are concerned about developing leukaemia, for that you need a monoclonal population that causes your WBC to increase above the normal range and there's no sign of that. (For a CLL diagnosis, you need both a population of monoclonal B lymphocytes and a total lymphocyte count above 5.)
I note that your blood test results from a month ago look fairly good too! healthunlocked.com/thyroidu... Also, encouragingly, you haven't mentioned any symptoms that could indicate the possibility of having CLL/SLL, such as increased bruising or bleeding, increased fatigue, more infections or night sweats.
There is a much rarer expression of CLL, Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL), where the monoclonal B cells accumulate in the nodes, spleen and bone marrow. If you are concerned about your neck node being due to SLL, you'll need to have that node excised and checked for CLL/SLL cells via flow cytometry testing. Nodes expand and shrink in response to fighting off infections and sometimes, scar tissue develops that stops nodes from shrinking back to their normal size. I'm not a doctor, but from what you've shared, I suspect that's way more likely to be the cause of your enlarged node, rather than a lymphoma.

AussieNeil....thank you for your reply. Sorry I didn't think to mention the night sweats & extreme fatigue I've been suffering with for at least a year, also a chronic cough to the extent I'm literally doubled up with it. Hopefully getting the uss sorted for this week, even if I have to go private to just get it checked out. Its been noted being there since early September but I've had it longer than that. Unfortunately I've had a few changes in doctors & the last one I saw back in November was a physician associate & apart from ordering a faecal calprotectin test (which was raised to 309) after the previous one was raised...& more blood tests the rest wasn't great as far as follow ups go. So I've gone back to another doctor in the practice who has referred me to get this lump investigated.
