I've created a new profile with user name: Noele, as I wasn't able to login with my existing user name: Ezabella (Can't remember the password) and I would like to be able to be part of the CLL Community again, but now with the new user name: Noele, I am unable to access any articles written by members thise I am familiar with their names. For instance, I can't see any written articles from member/administrator AussieNeil. I couldn't reset my previous login details as I haven't received email from Health Unlocked, so I created a new profile with user name: Noele, and different email than the previous email for user name: Ezabella. I'd be thankful if I can get a reply from AussieNeil to help sort out this issue. Thanks, new User Name: Noele
Ezabella, account management is the responsibility of HealthUnlocked Support, whom you can email at support@healthunlocked.com, but let's see what we can do.
First off, unfortunately, HU can't merge accounts, so you'll need to regain access to your old account; healthunlocked.com/user/eza...
You should be able to do this by logging out of HU, then going to healthunlocked.com/ , then selecting "Already a member? Log in" Select/click on "Log in"
That should bring up the attached login window. Select/click on "Forgot your password?"

Ask for a password reset by selecting/clicking on the blue text "Forgot your password?"
That gives you a new page, where you can enter your email address for your Ezabella account. Enter that address and select/click on "Send link to my email" and you'll be given a link to reset your password for your Ezabella account, so you can log in and regain access to your past posts and replies.
