first line treatment with bendamustin and rithoximab

I had 6 month first line treatment with bendamustin and rithoximab in 2022 september ended. .when i start my treatment my numbers was very high wbc 146 rbc was low in 2022 janeuary the numbers was wbc126 rbc 3.23 hgb 10.9 plt 135 LDh 920. because of high in ldh one of recent doctor said may be my cll changed to richter syndrom. I had to change my oncologiest .the new docter after sended me to blood test and check the total and direct bilirubin he said that I dont have richter but with respect of increasing ldh we have to start the treatment.

.and now i am well but my plt is low about 95-100 and creatinine is high 1.5.please every one had experience about low of platelets I will be glad to inform.thank you

Is your creatinine consistently high? It might be high because you aren't drinking enough water.

It is not unusual to have incomplete recovery of some blood counts after treatment. Your platelet counts may also improve over time. Provided your platelet count remains stable that's still an acceptable level. It's the trigger point for starting treatment after all.

It's good that you are now well. Enjoy your remission.

thank you for reply .your reply gave me hope.thats correct may be i drink less water and my platelet now is stable 0n 95-100.
