Wondering if anyone has any current information/guideline from a reliable U.S. organization, encouraging immune compromised to get a second full dose of Evusheld now? Regardless of the date of their first full dose Evusheld administration.

Evusheld Now
I have seen no such recommendation for repeat dosing earlier than 6 months. According to the 6/2022 update FACT SHEET FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS: EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION FOR EVUSHELD (tixagevimab co-packaged with cilgavimab):
Repeat dose: 300 mg of tixagevimab and 300 mg of cilgavimab
every 6 months. Repeat dosing should be timed from the date of the most recent EVUSHELD dose.
(my emphasis)
I understand your angst but all I know is six months wait for an Evusheld refill.Owen
6 months.
The FDA's June 2022 release with new recommendations for follow up dosing of 6 months after last/most recent dose.
I’ve only seen 6 month recommendation but I’m working on getting a referral in early August (5months), because I’m traveling to the NIH in Bethesda at the end of August. So far I haven’t had any trouble, although the medical center is still waiting for new doses.
I received Evusheld in March and saw my doctor about a week ago for a routine checkup and CBC labs.
i specifically asked about getting a second dose sooner than six months.
He said he's staying with the six month recommendation and sched me for a second Evushled dose in September.
So, at least for now, the protocol is every six months.
My big question is whether (and when) to get a third covid booster. My doc said to get it. My concern is upsetting the Evusheld balance that currently exists in my system. The doctor said that's unlikely to happen.
Just got back from Dr. Byrd's practice and they said I can get a second set of 6 months after the first set.
