Was not going to get tested post Evusheld. Thought what’s the point, I know I was given antibodies and not really going to change my behavior because of it.
Well LLS requested test as part of their study. So after three Pfizer’s and one Moderna zero antibodies. One month after full dose Evusheld, 1200 antibodies on LabCorp test which 0.8 and above is considered positive.
Not sure exactly what this means, and how long the protection will last. Take it as a positive sign, some help with covid protection, still being careful and wearing my N95.

No one seems to know how the results on the Labcorp test will correspond to our risk of COVID infections. The experts say that having a numerical result well above 0.8 is better than a lower result. And that we should continue to be cautious and avoid exposures in our daily lives.
My husband is on ibrutinib. After four Pfizer shots and then getting Evusheld 30 days ago he had is antibodies tested at LabCorp. He has 12,156. The max the test will measure is <25,000. (As a way of reference, I am healthy, and seven months after my third Pfizer shot I have 2417. )
Labcorp changed their procedures to dilute the sample one more time to get the higher numbers. That's always been possible with the equipment they use.
Unfortunately, there's no way to get one's samples re-run for the new dilution unless they stored the blood - which I don't think Labcorp does.
