I had Chlorambucil along with Rituximub infusions which put me in remission for 2 years. The only side effects were nausea.
They tried me initially on Obinutzumib but I had anaphylaxis and it was terminated.
Hope this helps.

Jan, are you still in remission? I am not sure if you were wanting to reply to a post, or just wanted to note your situation as it relates to treatments so far, with a reason for getting the treatment that gave you at least 2 years remission.
Sometimes the C in FCR stands for chlorambucil other times for cyclophosphamide. I don't know why. Why did they leave out Fludarabine for you?
The mnemonic FCR usually stands for Cyclophosphamide and if they mean Chloramabucil then it's usual to use Chl but it's a very unusual combination and I've never heard of it being used. Chlorambucil is quite a mild drug and Fludarabine is the very opposite, very toxic so Fludarabine and Chlorambucil, with or without a monoclonal antibody would be a strange combination for any patient to have.Jackie
My doctor has just suggested I start on Chlorambucil. Glad to hear it was successful for you.
