In Coutre trial control. Obinituzimab + Chlorambucil

I have had two rounds of infusion plus one dose of Chlorambucil. Have had amazing response (WBC normal after being 350K at start). So I'm not complaining. Day after infusion feel great but fairly rotten second day. Any similar pattern out thereb. Thanks! First post for me.

I can't find any info on "coutre trial" would you mind providing a link? I'm scheduled to start a trial with the same O+C control and I'm curious.

I got Gazyva alone (not on a trial) and had no issues other than one bad headache around round 5 which was probably due to not being hydrated enough. Was the reaction after Gazyva or Chlorambucil?

I had 9 Gazyva infusions, no Chlor. I'm now in remission. Had a reaction on the first infusion only. I have had some skin rash issues and some finger nails problems also. My blood platelets have finally gone up to normal range now too.

gazya and chlorambucil for me wbc cells went from 215 down to 8 now, no real issues such as nausea or anything so i feel lucky
