I have to post, especially to papatom, regarding a solution to persistent mouth sores related to taking Imbruvica. Papatom responded to my recent post that he’d inadvertently found relief by sucking on Ricola lemon mint cough drops. I have tried everything from oil of oregano and mouth rinses to powerful antibiotics with no relief. I bought a bag of sugar free Ricola drops and gave them a try. I had five active sores at the time. That was five days ago. I currently have none! None! And not a sign of any coming. Absolutely amazing! Two or three a day has totally taken care of them. Thank you, papatom! I will tell my oncologist of this next visit.

Cough drops did the trick
Glad it worked for you. I know it sounds impossible that a Ricola cough drop could work. I was amazed also. I don't now about other flavors, but the lemon mint sugar free did the trick with the mouth sores.. Thanks for replying back.
Thanks for the information about cough drops. This is good to know, because I've only been on Ibrutinib for about 2 months now and so far no mouth sores. Thanks again!!!
Thanks for the tip.....my husband gets them frequently as well. We will try this....hope we can find the same flavor.
Got mine in Morrisons today. Lemon mint. If you go to Ricola web site they give you details of where you can buy .
