My father has been diagnosed with CLL. He is in early stage of the disease. I am looking for a CLL Specialist in the area. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Nope. Seems the general tendency is to start chemotherapy and that’s about it. Trying to find Dr who really specializes in the field.

What kind of chemo?

Is the patient having symptoms?

did patient do a FISH test?

U stated your dad is in early stage so why they want to do chemo?

Shahzad: If your father is ex-military then his first stop is the hospital for his service area in the capital. Since you're looking in 'Pindi/Islamabad then if he's Navy then he should begin at Bahria University Hospital. It's in Sector E-8 on Shangrilla Rd, Islamabad (near to Shalimar Cricket Club). The Pakistan Air Force Hospital (PAF) is almost next door on the same road. The new metro rail from 'Pindi comes within 1k. The Combined Military Hospital in Rawalpindi has a Consultant-level Hematologist ~ but as you already know, the indolent condition of CLL is not viewed as a hematological priority in Pakistan. The standard care regimen for blood cancers is chemotherapy.
