Brian - I believe that we have had at least one poster from Iran in the past. Perhaps if you edit your title to include Iran it might jog someone’s memory, or bring up related posts.

FWIW, there was a very recent post/plea on another forum by a desperate daughter in Iran whose father had advanced prostate cancer; they couldn’t get Dad the meds he needed because of sanctions. I hope you’ve been able to help this poster, Brian. Thanks for all you do.
