Give it some time to work...
You might have cleared B cells in the blood, but it takes a few rounds to get the nodes, spleen clearing, another round to start on the bone marrow.
FCR is capable of obtaining an MRD negative remission, which should be the goal...deep remissions usually are longer...
There are patients that quit FCR at round 4, but 6 is the usual protocol.

After my first FCR the second FCR was rescheduled due to low platelets and WBC. After 5-6 rescheduled FCR appointments my oncologist decided that the first FCR had put the CLL in remission. He said the WBC would have been elevated if the CLL had come back. My remission lasted 6 years until this year. Our situations are not exactly the same but wanted to let you have the information.
