Sores

Sores all over body, side effect from Imbruvica, anyone any treatments that work to ease or get rid off , greatly appreciate all feed back .

What kind of sores? Have you seen you doctor for diagnosis...you should.

I had blood filled welts on Imbruvica (ibrutinib), and they were incredibly painful.. but you situation may be different.

Hope you get a diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

I've been on Imbruvica neatly 18 months and haven't experienced anything like this nor have I ever been advised that sores are a possible side effect. Suggest you all your Dr or Specialty Pharmacy

I developed sores on my face and in my mouth about the 2nd-3rd month after starting ibrutinib. They came and went for about 6 weeks, but I still get one on my face every once in a while.

There are all kinds of sores. Hard to provide feedback unless they are more graphically described. e.g., size? Just red skin or also raised? Closed or open? Bleeding or oozing? Itchy? Painful? Do think about having your doctor weigh in. Hope things get better for you.

If you are getting sores, pelages see a dermatologist asap. I was on ibrutinib and two weeks later I started developing sores all over. We took me off the ibrutinib, onto steroids. After the two weeks in steroids I came off them and my whole body became a rash. Shortening my story: 6 months of biopsies, blood test, whole dermatology department looking at me: diagnosis is dermatomyositis. For us any and all skin issues can become fates if not treated
