I was diagnosed with Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia 10 years ago and was successfully treated with R + CVP. The lymphoma remained in remission for 7 years until last November 2016 when I was diagnosed with Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma. A repeat of R + CVP (two sessions) was unsuccessful as was R + Bendamustine (4). My oncologist has just started me now Ibrutinib. I would appreciate any comments on Ibrutinib usage from fellow Waldenstrom's or Splenic Marginal Zone patients.

I wish I could help you with your question as you travel your rocky road.
Instead all I can do is to wish you well on this latest treatment, and hope that things massively improve for you. Ibrutinib seems to have been very successful for others, hope it does the same for you.
Hi, don't know if this is of help but my doctor at Stanford suggested Ibrutinib for my relapsed MZL when I start to have symptoms again. How are you doing now?
