I am in the waiting room waiting for my blood tests and my six month consult with my oncologist/hematologist. There are so many people here today. The place is crazy busy. Lots of people wearing masks and looking very sick. Me? Compared to the rest, I look like the picture of health but I know I'm not.
This hospital, in the middle of flu season, scares the bajeeziz out of me. Is there any more dangerous place than a hospital for germs?
No nice way to say it. Cancer sucks! I'm sorry to see so many people who have it and that people are suffering. To heck with wishing for world peace. It will never happen. Instead, I'll just keep wishing some Einstein out there is smarter than cancer.
Hoping for the best.
