CLL with pleural effusions and Ibrutinib

I have had bi-lateral pleural effusions with my CLL since diagnosis earlier this year. FCR had to be stopped. I have recently been on Ibrutinib for two months. Is there any evidence that over time, Ibrutinib will resolve the effusion problem ?

David.
