Hi, in my experience I was told stools would be normal colour (ie yellow for babies) if kasai was successful and LFTs normal. If they changed to grey again, then that could have been a sign of cholangitis (along with other symptoms) or a failed kasai. Hope this helps x

I was told anything but grey is fine, green and yellow are good colours! If you have worries though you could send a photo across to your liver team to review. X
