Your Personalized Dietary Guidelines - No More Guessing

The great confusion about dietary guidelines is over.

You can get a test that will provide you with detailed dietary guidelines for your specific genetic make-up.

This science was developed by the University of Toronto, Canada. You can learn more here:

There are clinics around the world that will collect your saliva sample and conduct a gene test, then provide a comprehensive and individual dietary guideline. You can find a local clinic in London, U.K. here:

Who is charging £105, the one in Derby costs £259

Might be worth checking the Spain and Portugal ones for those who take holidays in these countries, they tend to be cheaper

The science of nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics is in its infancy, the biology behind it is extremely complicated. It's unlikely that this test is going to be "comprehensive".

Well I have seen a report and it is very 'comprehensive' and thorough.

My grand parents and parents ate what was available with a ration book. They all lived past 90!

That's nice Bala.

Sigh. More surrogate markers, like cholesterol, to divert attention from the real pandemic of high insulin levels.

Ron Rosedale refers to genetic expression - the turning on and off of genes. Our susceptibility is directly affected by what we do/experience. The difference between a man and a woman is about 200 genes. The biggest daily effect is from each meal on nutrient sensors (mTOR, insulin and leptin), which affects about 8,000 genes.

Have you seen the report produced by this test? There's nothing to sigh about.

I'm giving my opinion because I care about people's health. I was restricted on a site recently because the conversation was manipulated and some took offence to what I wrote as a reply. You'll forgive me for not arguing ;-)
