Hello! I don't know what you feel about vitamins? I use an oral spray, Vit D +K2. This helps the body to process cholesterol more efficiently. Bought it from Holland & Barrett. I'm also avoiding medication as such for the time being and have pared down my already healthy diet even further in an attempt to reduce my non HDL cholesterol.

No not tried but I can't take statins and was put on Bempedoic acid tablets in January. No side affects on it as yet. I had to see a lipid consultant as GP had ran out of ideas. She prescribed the bempedoic acid. No idea if it's working yet as not due a blood test for another 3 months.
