I am a Pescatarian and have changed my diet over the last year by reducing diary quite substantially. I've been using products that purport to reduce cholesterol. I have joined the gym and workout minimum 3 times per week. I've gone from 8 stone 7 to 8 stone 2.
My cholesterol has now reduced from 7.3 to 5.5. Still need to reduce it further. If I continue my lifestyle will it continue to reduce? Should I lose more weight?
What else can I do?

Keep getting retested every 3 months or so. Yes it will keep lowering. Exercise and diet is the most effective way. Lose weight and add muscle. Avoid dairy, animal food, saturated fat, trans fat. Avoid, sugar, white flour, too many carbs. Add meditation, reduce stress, to reduce inflammation. Good Luck.
Thanks Schaefer, I am gaining muscle, hard work at 65 but I am getting there. I've meditated for many years but could do more. Thanks for your advice it's helpful
Your weight could possibly be too low depending on your height and age, your cholesterol will go down more if its not reached your optimum level, first though I would get your breakdown and maybe it doesn't need to go lower, life is precious I know and its good to be careful about what we eat and how our body copes with it, but please don't deprive yourself of good food because you need to be happy as well.
