I would like to be a Career to my wife what is the procedure and were do I register

to get the information.

Hi bjcaagc, I think that’s a wonderful thing for you to want to do. If you look on the Gov.uk website, you should find a wealth of information. Also register with your GP as your wife’s carer as you can then have things regarding your wife discussed with you.
