GP convinced something is wrong

Hi allMy GP has been sending me for blood tests, an ultrasound scan and a Fibroscan. Both scans came back absolutely normal. I have slightly elevated AST level and raised antinuclear factor titre. Has anyone else had these results and what was the outcome?

I am getting worried because my late husband's liver cancer was found after routine blood tests and I don't want to go the same way.

Have you been checked for specific autoimmune diseases such as lupus, etc? Could be something other than your liver.

No I haven't although I did think it might be that. I have a friend who has scleroderma with secondary Reynaud's. I have had Reynaud's for a very long time but was told it was primary.

My GP has asked a consultant for e-RS advice so I will have to wait for that to come back.

I have limited scleroderma and Raynaud's. First sign was positive ANA blood test. Then they screened for all the autoimmune and I came up positive for the limited version of scleroderma. 20 years ago...no big issues with it yet.
