Put simply; yes.
The score is a point system based on symptoms including physical things like varices, ascites and HE but also things from blood tests like bilirubin levels. So if your blood tests improve, your Child-Pugh score might change. If you moved from decompensated cirrhosis to compensated, it's likely your score has improved.

Your CP and MELD are calculated every time your 6 month blood and scans are done.
