Just had my bloods results UKELD score 60 now was 69 a month ago still slightly yellow still, my spleen has shrunk 1.2cm to 18.6cm the right-hand lobe of my liver is normal in size now, slowly improving got appointment at QE hospital 13 dec for first transplant assessment still but hopefully all the hard work of stopping drinking, low salt diet, exercise, seems to be working and hopefully I won't need one if things carry on improving.

you are doing great! Your bloods will be improving for the UKELD to have dropped so much. My partner was a UKELD of 60 when referred for transplant, 56 when listed and 53 currently - doing as you are, no alcohol no salt and balanced diet.

Good luck on the 13th lon. Make sure you take someone with you - I know they tell you to do that anyway, but when I went one person was on his own and I think he found it pretty tough - so just a reminder!

Good luck again
