I've read all your previous posts. You are fighting a real battle at the moment, sometimes you are winning, sometimes the alcohol is winning. It has obviously been a struggle. I truly believe that a strong healthy mind is needed to make a body well.
Reading your posts, it is obvious that you are desperately trying to break free from alcohol but something is constantly dragging you back in.
I saw you mentioned PTSD before. It is possible that the trauma is the underlying cause that makes you want to escape by using alcohol, and why you did what you did on that new years eve.
You are still young with decades ahead of you, if you can find the problem and deal with it, you might have the strength to finally get rid of this poison alcohol once and for good. I've had mental health issues, my biggest problem was admitting it and talking about it openly with a counsellor, I didn't want to do it, but once I had, I understood why my mind was making me so miserable. The day I finally started to deal with it was the day I started to get better. Within months I I had my life back.
I hope you can find what is holding you back from enjoying life to the full without alcohol.
You can always come here to chat and for support anytime but perhaps counselling would be a good start.
