Benign Haemangioma advice

I have had confirmation (as some of you may know from past posts) that the 2 masses found on my liver ultrasound. confirmed by MRI with contrast are 2 benign haemangiomas, one of them on my left lobe measuring 25x22x22mm, however the one on my right was 25mm 5 years ago and is now measuring 46x54x31mm.

My issue is, 2 of the GP's I have asked have said there is nothing to worry about and unless they start to pose a problem nothing more is required. Original GP who has left the practice however said the one on the right is large so should be monitored every 12months. So which is it?

I am not worried per se as but they were only found because I panicked and paid for my own ultrasound as they didn't feel my elevated enzymes warranted one. I also was only told at this point that an ultrasound I had previously showed it the first time round. The fact it has grown so much in such a short space of time and has more than doubled in size doesn't seem to concern them, does anyone know the guidelines for this, should they be monitored ?

There are clinical practice guidelines for the management of benign liver tumours by EASL ( European Association for the Study of the Liver)You may wish to discuss management of your haemangioma's with a senior GP who can access the guidance and refer on to a hepatologist for review if needed.
