Hi was diagnosed with F4 cirrhosis and 4mm Hg which I’ve found out is bad but not bad mmHg . I am active but this has caused me real anxiety has any one on here had that sort of result and managed to turn it or maintain themselves I’m being so good losing weight as advised. Thank you
