Hi Shropshirelass thought we might start a trend of lovely views from exercise bikes but only pretty views so mine might not count 😂🤣, I think I would switch views in a flash 😃.

Sounds like you have had a rough time how did it go with the doctor I Hope it was good news 🤞?.

I have to be on mattymoos side and start a baking group my wife makes a lovely cake and yes we have joined a few of you with the comfort eating but what the heck we can worry about that later, try Asda for the flour Laura 009 our Asda has some, well good luck to all and stay safe.

On the daily biking progress ...maybe we should PM each other ?

On the flour front ...no flour at Asda here or at Morrisons or at my local shop.

On my health front I've not called GP yet!

Daily sorry I never said I use the bike but I do have one 🤣. No I’m a bit to weak and ill for the bike on a daily basis when I feel I can I have a little go but not long, I have only just managed to walk to the end of the road with both walking sticks when my wife brings the electric buggy and I get in, so as you can see I’m more for a laugh a day to keep us all happy and make us carry on 😃👍.

What would make me happy is to hear that you are ok by a doctor???. Love and happy thoughts to you 💕

Well I must say you made me chuckle with your enthusiasm to get the rest of us going 😅 well I must say it's working! I walked 2 miles earlier then did 30 mins on the bike then some floor exercises, ironing and just completed chopping more tree branches into 6" strips.

Hopefully more exercises this afternoon. Its sunny here but with a chilli breeze.

Yummy that sounds great but not aloud it because of my Stoma bag , fitted new this year one of the top of the range nice colour you get a range of Beige or Beige or Neutral ( which is see through) so I decided to go with Beige 🤣.

But the sound of that chilly brings my mouth to watering 😃.

Thank you Dogbot! Emmm Beige ...definately not my favourite colour in the world!!!! Well to be truthful it's a colour I hardly ever or wont wear ...however with black or red maybe...

I think I'd be buying some blank stickers and spending some of my time drawing silly faces for each bag..madness I know but that's me on some occasions 🙄😉🤣🤗
