Hi Sunflower, you'll need your account set up to allow Health Unlocked to email you when someone writes on a thread you are following.

To do this go to your name on the green bar at the top of the screen and click to go onto the drop down menu with Newsfeed, Profile, Messages, Account, Log Out. On there - Click ACCOUNT and that should bring up a page of various options & tick boxes. Under FOLLOWS you'll need to tick the boxes for Email me when a user I follows writes a new post and/or Email when a post I follow has new replies.

Hopefully that should do it for you and I hope that helps.

Merry Christmas to you, Katie :) x
