Hi Hooth. When I had bilirubin excreted thro the skin I used to use a small amount of bicarbonate of soda in water. It seemed to help. If you've access to a tanning light the bilirubin is broken down. Might help. Good luck

Keeping them elevated and cool helps. Get her a bed block and a fan that she can run on her feet. Also: acqueous cream with 2% menthol. And some cooling anti itch spray. A bath with Aveeno colloidal oats may also ease it a bit.
May I ask-why is her bilirubin up again?
