Anyone suffer from high bilirubin levels ?
Yes I did before transplant. Over 300 umol. It's not nice, I know, But if you can try to stay away from lipids (fats) in your food, it may help. Have you spoken to your doctor?
Hi there
Yes I've spoken to doctor and they don't know whats going on. I just don't seem to be getting anywhere. Have copies of blood tests which show certain tests are out of normal range, and blood pressure/ pulse are constantly low, eg 88/49 with pulse 50.
Last October i was taken into hospital and my bilirubin levels were 66. I was only in the weekend and got sent home without explanations or advice. Ever since I had my gallbladder out my pains got worse on my right side just under my ribs,Its far worse than when i had my gallstone attacks. My eyes turn yellow and also my face, I also got a really bad headache and feel drained. I can't eat much anymore and i don't eat any fatty foods.(Never did to start with).
