Straight home from work cleaning 2 house’s from top to bottom and out for a run as the wet weather is looming .

What a positively Slow and Horrid Run 🏃‍♀️ that was , I was already pooped at work so me being me decided let’s knacker myself out more and go hit the hills in the woods …

YEA GRAND IDEA that EVANS 🤣🤦‍♀️GRAND BLOODY IDEA .

Still on shorts and t shirt as it was muggy as out in the woods. Then the heavens opened and it was time to head back home .

Pants Time and Pace but who the heck cares .. I got out and that’s the main thing .

I knew the weather was changing and didn’t fancy the trails in pouring rain so figured get out now before the heavens opened. Yes that’s true . Thank you

I 😍😍😍 that t-shirt! My best runs are often rage-fuelled. Running is the best way to burn off the grumps. Sometimes even the slow and horrible ones are grump-killing. Nice one!
