You got out and ran, that's the important thing 😁

I have to say, this is a new one on me. Was it comfortable? I would have thought PJs would present chafing issues! Congratulations on the run!

I’ve run in worse to be honest when I did a 2022 miles in 2022 challenge - steel toecaps, jeans, whatever I was wearing at the time to get those extra one mile runs in 😁

Excellent! I am a huge fan of seizing the moment in almost whatever you are wearing and have run in long knitted skirts on occasion. As someone who dwells largely in my bed, I have taken the precaution of adopting nightwear that looks like fitness wear (ie 'yoga' roll top trousers and t shirts) I am twitchy about leaving the house without knickers on though! (It has been done though, but not for a run)

Those wee miles are great aren't they?

My tops for bed are usually technical tops anyway and I tend to sleep in pj shorts - the long trousers here were just in case my shorts couldn’t handle the strain 🙈 but when I did a 2022 miles in 2022 challenge I literally grabbed a mile in whatever I was wearing at the time, even steel toecap boots 😣

Ooh how did those go? I've run in walking boots (that's how I did the first half of C25K) but not heavy ones. Those were quite light and I run in Vivobarefoot walking boots but obviously those are pretty flexible. Don't think I've tried my Keen walking boots for running as they are a bit stiffer but often run in their active sandals in the summer.
