In preparation for the Manchester marathon I'm trying to up my game while still running with PF. Started with a nice walk up the side of a mountain (hill really) all hills in Halifax unfortunately then ran the flat and downhill but walked uphill. 10 miles was my aim I did it not particularly quick but it was really windy this morning that never helps. Happy running πββοΈ βΊοΈ π π everyone
