Cor that was a Slip N Slide of a Trail 🏃‍♀️ this morning .

After Storm Bert all the woods trails and paths have been brought up thrown about and kinda put back down so trail running this morning was a tad questionable.

But I got up and got out and did it . I had planned longer but where I had ran thru some many cold deep puddles my feet started to get cold as did my socks .

Lovely run tho and I’m glad I went .

Missed this! Those icy puddles are so hard on the feet! My toes have gone cold just at the thought of it. Sounds like you had a brilliant run despite (or because of?!) all the challenges. Nice one!

I forgot to post it Wednesday and posted it Thursday morning . Yes I sure did . I was aiming for 10k but the legs were not having it

Trail in the mud is so much harder, I think your run is easily equivalent to 10k!
