This week I managed to run for the third time on Saturday. I couldn't before, but this week I wanted to run three times. Next week I have a vaccination - a double combination against tetanus and whooping cough. So I hope it doesn't put me off So I "toughened it up" and set off on one of my original routes. I found that I was still not in shape and that I was quite tired (it was one of the shorter routes before). But I'm glad I managed it, even if it was very slow. But it's done!
