W70R1 - Only one run a week

Despite my best efforts, I haven't managed to run more than once this week. Hopefully this crazy time is over and there will be a little more time. I'm still in maintenance mode and trying to "survive".

PS: Fall is here.

One run is infinitely better than no runs at all. You'll get back to more regular running once things calm down :)
