Only a little one

Set off at 5:30 as normal and just wasn’t really feeling it today, heart rate was raised by a lot compared to usual, I was sweating in a way I don’t normally, just felt under the weather. Did around 3k at my usual pace but it was a errgghhh run. Was glad when it was done. My legs hurt... my head hurts. One of those days. Chalk it up as done and move on I think 🤔

Sounds like hard work Sazzles! But you were out there and running so that’s a success isn’t it! I hope you’re feeling better next time out!

Thank you, I think it’s hay fever. I don’t normally suffer but I think because I’m working from home with doors open I’m getting a dose of it. A friend suggested taking some hay fever tabs and it seems to have perked me up a bit. Apparently tree pollen is a bugger!!

Well done on your run Sazzles9 I try and do one short run and one medium and a long one if if feel like but sometimes you don’t want to run lol happy running 🏃‍♀️👍

That’s what I have been doing the last two weeks I have done 2 10K runs on the last two weekends but my short runs 3k ones I run as fast as I can which is slow lol

Just been trying different things when running most important I find is to relax but I still get the toxic ten lol I do use a sis energy gel when I do 10K lol just for a boost 😅😂🤣
