I chose this run today as my 30 min / 4K Monday run, just for a change.
I enjoyed the intervals, running 8 x1 minute at 5k pace with 1 minute rest between intervals. My 5k pace isn’t very fast 😂 so I just went for it in the intervals instead. The only problem was I only covered 2 1/2k so had to finish with 1 1/2k at an easy recovery pace.
One tip - I forgot to turn the recommended play list off so Coach Cory was drowned out by some inane techno ‘music’. Otherwise it was good fun and I’ll use it again. I’ll probably run a 1k warm up next time.

Hi Frizzbomb67, if you like that one I’d recommend the “Deuces” run. I sweated more than I’ve sweated on any run (sorry if that’s over sharing 😂 )Should be closer to 4K as well.
I tried ‘Deuces’ today and really enjoyed it. You were right about the sweating 😅😂It was just under 4K as well. With short warm up and cool down walks it was just 4K Fab! I ran like the superstar I am 🤩😂
