I chose this run today as my 30 min / 4K Monday run, just for a change.
I enjoyed the intervals, running 8 x1 minute at 5k pace with 1 minute rest between intervals. My 5k pace isn’t very fast 😂 so I just went for it in the intervals instead. The only problem was I only covered 2 1/2k so had to finish with 1 1/2k at an easy recovery pace.
One tip - I forgot to turn the recommended play list off so Coach Cory was drowned out by some inane techno ‘music’. Otherwise it was good fun and I’ll use it again. I’ll probably run a 1k warm up next time.
