Good morning all, I’ve been plodding along in the background and hope you’re all well, I don’t jog much in the summer months due to not coping with heat well, so pleased it’s getting cooler for us. I really enjoy reading all the posts and advice given by our lovely admin team.
My jog yesterday was first for nearly 4 weeks due to ill health, so a lovely slow plod along our beautiful coast was in order, photos show, sea Kale, wild primula, COPP memorial and part of beach land path I use.
Happy Sunday!

Glad you are running again after the break. I don't cope with the heat either, and start itching as soon as I sweat. Running near the sea helps as I can jump in to cool down but it does help me look forward to cooler mornings.
welcome back to the fold Tetleyteagirl , that looks just the place to be when all the children are back at school. Do tell more about the COPP memorial, I haven’t heard of that.
Hi Dexy, lots of history on Hayling during war, this link has loads of info , interesting reading for all!. Hope you’re recovering well from your weekend 😊
Hi MU, 😊 hope all’s well with you. Yes I’m a lot happier with the cooler weather, and will endeavour to get back out there, and improve distance once again! 🤞🏻🤞🏻. Happy running to you😊
