Holiday Running

I am still on my by nature bent at the moment! My 1st run walk on Tuesday was indeed hot 🥵 out here in Spain 🇪🇸

I decided to find the access to the lakeside path! Where I am staying is between the two Salt lakes In TORREVIEJA Costa Blanca! One is pink due the high salt concentration in it and the other is blue and again Salty!

After many let’s try this path let’s try that path i finally got down to where the reed walk started as you can see! Due to the heat it was very much run walk but was so worth it Just listening to the reeds rustling in the breeze was music to my ears ! You could hear the odd animal running through them but not seen!

I continued the 1km of this doing the odd sprint then walk through them until i emerged from them on to the urbanisation where I had to locate my bearings to get back to Mum in laws house! It was 27c by 09:00hrs!

Spooky! We just can back from there today!

No running this time, but have run in that area before! As you say , very hot!

we walked from the outskirts of TORREVIEJA to the market and back today that was a hard walk
