Still I ran and walked for (my) mental health!

I just added up some totals... I walked or ran 426.5 km this month! That's 13.8 km per day on average. There was only 1 day with below 10 km - I got 9 km in that day - and that was before I redefined the challenge for me: To walk or run at least 10 km/day. 🥳

Feeling super proud of this!!! 😎

This all was inspired by participating in the Still I Run streak to raise awareness for the benefits of movement for our mental health. (See stillirun.org/ for more info about this U.S.-based organization).
