hi everyone

I haven’t posted for a while for several reasons

Anyway

Me and Emma (my favorite daughter) because I only have 1 😂

Ran our 1st 10K on Saturday at Aintree

We both smashed out PBs and absolutely loved it (bring on the next one) 58mins and 1h15

Anyway we raised loads of cash for our charity and had a great father and daughter day together which we don’t get very often.

I love 💕 both my children to the moon 🌖 and back and my grandkids also but this running 🏃‍♀️ malarkey has taken over my life FGS

Anyway thanks for all your support especially the C25K mob you really do keep me going

I think my wife would be thinking 🤔 I’ve gone crazy and be proud of us both

Super run and a great cause too... you have come so far since though first posts...I am sure your wife would be hardly able tor recognise this streamlined runner, and yes, you are right, she would be so, so proud of you and the family.
