Happy weekend all, and what a glorious morning.

We were up early and so glad we made the effort. Not run since my HU10K last weekend, been a funny old week somehow.

Did a lovely steady 5K listening to T M Logan, The Mother, exciting book!! I do think 5K is my comfortable distance!
