Consolidation Week 3

This was a 20, 30, 40 week. Today was my first 40 min run.

I have to say, it went pretty well, except where I took a wrong turning and ended up running through a muddy patch and lots of stinging nettles. My legs are still buzzing. That slowed me down a bit, but after making a U-turn, got my pace back up and was just a bit slower than my 30 min run.

For distance, today, got me to 4.3 km. I'm hopeful that my 5 km will come in around 45'ish.

Thank I think I am going to start a 10 K plan to keep up the challenge...
