W43R3 - a day late

Time is still short, I couldn't get to the run on Friday. I replace the third run of the week on Saturday. I try to keep a routine.

Today I ran without headphones for the first time due to "sense overload".

I miss listening to audiobooks while running, but I'll get back to that later. At the moment my "buffer is full" (in computer terms), so I wouldn't be able to fit anything else there anyway :-)

I'm looking forward to next week. A significant cooling is coming.

And I hope there will be more time.

Happy running!

🍏🤗There is never enough time as I discovered last week. Well done for making some to get those runs in! I need to take a leaf out of your book!

I don't know exactly what that means: "I need to take a leaf out of your book!" :-)
