I normally run on paths and roads decided to go off track a bit today and run around Ogden reservoir ,6k done not my fastest or furthest but the course was really slippy and muddy with big puddles so I reasonably happy with that run.

Muddy runs are great! And time really is irrelevant on this type of course - take your time, stay upright and enjoy the scenery! Well done.🙂

Ogden?! That’s not far from me…it’s lovely round there…well done, it’s a bit grim out there today 🌧️
It's really local to me and it's one I generally run in the summer ☀️
