I normally run on paths and roads decided to go off track a bit today and run around Ogden reservoir ,6k done not my fastest or furthest but the course was really slippy and muddy with big puddles so I reasonably happy with that run.

Muddy runs are great! And time really is irrelevant on this type of course - take your time, stay upright and enjoy the scenery! Well done.🙂

Love a muddy run! Pace is irrelevant-they’re perfect time on (or trying to stay on) feet runs!! Sounds like a really good one for you. How are your trainers?
