Well well well NRC 9k became my 10K 🥳

I knew today was going to be the day. I was feeling positive & strangely enough i felt at ease, today up to 9k I was plodding on not quite believing it. My epiphany…. Starting off SLOW, keeping it slow even when CB teased some fartlek. I did step up but only marginally so as not to “ruin it” for myself as it was at a crucial 6k stage. I’m really chuffed with myself.

got a way to go to get back to my pre children era time/pace, I love a challenge.

Thank you MissUnderstanding yes I will carry on the NRC plan. I was naughty but I knew yesterday was the day. I had an inner calm I’ve not experienced before. I like the mix up of runs on NRC so will probably continue to go back to some runs once I’ve completed it too x
