First run of the new week. My main goal for this week is to run 3 times. No change, just the usual safe route. I want to go back to mode.
A short break was enough for me to return to the fight with my own soul, which convinces me again that I don't need to run at all and that it is better to stay at home in the heat. I thought I had this figured out and that I didn't need to argue with myself about it anymore.
But as you can see, laziness is much more insidious.
I wish it was off topic.
This week's challenge: Three runs along a familiar path.
No nonsense, just gray boring routine.
It's more of a challenge than it looks.
