I've been really trying to get back into this running thing. What with a dodgy ankle and feeling totally disconnected it's been hard. I'm working from home and I'm hating it, ๐คฃ. I'm missing the structure of going out to work and then coming home and for some weird reason Iet my running structure slip, even though it would have been sensible to keep that going! ๐ค
The healthunlocked pop ups in my inbox have helped me regroup, and this week I have run 2.5 km , 3.9 km and did 5km today.
It's given me time to clear my head and just be me (along with my dog companion).
Back to trying to get to 10k.
